2. Orders and Customization

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by EconomyFolders. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or graphic content that violates our policies.
  • Artwork and Proofing:You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and resolution of all artwork and digital files submitted for print.We will print the artwork exactly as submitted or approved via digital proof. EconomyFolders is not responsible for spelling, grammatical, punctuation, or layout errors made by the customer.Color matching is subject to industry-standard printing variations. We cannot guarantee an exact 100% match to on-screen previews or local desktop prints.

3. Production, Turnaround, and Shipping

  • Turnaround Times: Production turnaround times begin only after artwork approval has been finalized and payment is cleared.
  • Same-Day Production: Orders requesting same-day production must be submitted and approved by our designated daily cutoff time (as specified on the Site).
  • Shipping & Delivery:All shipping dates provided are estimates. EconomyFolders is a U.S.-based company and utilizes reliable third-party carriers, but we are not liable for transit delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Profits

  • Pricing: We strive to provide the best prices in the country for high-quality pocket folders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement unless a separate corporate credit or financing agreement has been explicitly approved by us in writing.
  • Reseller Responsibility: While our goal is to help you maximize your profit margins and serve as your reliable printing partner, you are solely responsible for the pricing, billing, and management of your own end-customers.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Defects

  • Custom Products: Because our pocket folders feature custom finishes, laminations, and unique specifications tailored to your brand or your customer's brand, all sales of custom-printed products are final.
  • Defects and Claims: If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, you must notify us within five (5) business days of receiving the shipment. We may require photographic evidence or the return of the defective product. If we determine a defect exists, we will, at our discretion, either reprint the order or issue a credit.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

  • Our Content: All content on economyfolders.com—including text, graphics, logos, and website code—is the property of EconomyFolders and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Your Artwork: You retain all ownership rights to the artwork you submit. By submitting artwork, you grant EconomyFolders a limited, royalty-free license to host, use, and reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your print order. You warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all elements of the artwork provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EconomyFolders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of your end-customer accounts, arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which EconomyFolders is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
